The meeting and event spaces were designed by the internationally acclaimed Studio Munge, the hotel’s design reflects a balance of modern refinement and understated comfort, creating a setting that feels both elevated and welcoming.

The Glenhill Ballroom
The Glenhill Ballroom offers a refined and versatile setting designed for celebrations, corporate gatherings, and thoughtfully hosted events. Defined by clean architectural lines, warm materiality, and a balanced sense of scale, the space feels both elevated and welcoming. Its adaptable layout allows for a range of event formats, from seated dinners to presentations and receptions, while maintaining a sense of intimacy and flow. Ideal for weddings, private celebrations, and corporate functions, the ballroom is designed to support events that feel both seamless and considered.
Capacity: Up to 170 guests (including Pre-Function Space)
Pre-Function Area
Positioned just outside the ballroom, the pre-function space provides a natural extension to the event experience. Filled with soft natural light and designed for ease of movement, it serves as an ideal setting for guest arrival, cocktail receptions, registration, or informal gathering between program moments. Whether welcoming guests or creating a transition between spaces, it supports a smooth and well-paced event flow.

The Library
The Library at The Glenhill Hotel is a refined, multi-purpose space designed for intimate gatherings, private dining, and curated experiences. With its residential character and carefully considered design, the space lends itself to smaller events, hosted dinners, and private occasions that call for a more personal setting. Throughout the year, it will also feature select culinary experiences and pop-up dining events.
A private enclosed room within the Library offers an additional setting for small group gatherings, comfortably accommodating 6 to 8 guests around a central table. This space is ideal for private dining, discreet meetings, or more intimate moments within a larger event.
Whether reserved exclusively or experienced as part of a curated program, The Library offers a setting that feels both intimate and distinctive.
Capacity: Up to 45 guests (including private enclosed room)
