Yes. The Glenhill Hotel is located within a mixed-use building that also includes private residences. The hotel features its own dedicated entrance and lobby, ensuring a seamless arrival experience for hotel guests.

Is smoking permitted at the hotel?
The Glenhill Hotel is a non-smoking property.
Smoking, including cannabis, is not permitted in guest rooms or within any indoor areas of the hotel or the shared common areas. A cleaning fee of $500 will be applied to the guest folio should this policy be violated.

Most suites include sofa beds for added flexibility, and the hotel also features three accessible guest rooms.

Please note: Sofa beds and expanded living areas are available in most Suites and Grand Suites.

Guests also have access to the Garment Care Room located on the second floor, equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board, iron, and garment care essentials, providing additional convenience for both short and extended stays.
Are connecting rooms available?
Our Glenhill Grand Suites, two located on the first level, may be configured as connecting rooms, subject to availability. Guests traveling with family or friends are encouraged to contact the hotel prior to arrival so our team can assist in arranging the most suitable configuration.
Are rooms suitable for families or guests attending celebrations?
Yes. Many guests stay at the hotel while attending weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and other celebrations in the surrounding community. The hotel’s welcoming atmosphere makes it well-suited for families and guests traveling together for special occasions.
Are pets permitted at The Glenhill Hotel?
To maintain a consistent guest experience, pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome. Guests traveling with service animals are kindly asked to contact our team in advance.
Are sofa beds available in the guest rooms?
Yes, sofa beds are available in most suites.
To ensure your suite is prepared to your preference, we recommend requesting sofa bed setup prior to arrival by contacting our team. Upon request, the sofa bed will be fully prepared before your check-in. If no prior request is made, sofa bed linens and bedding will be thoughtfully placed within your suite, allowing you to prepare the bed at your convenience.

The Glenhill Hotel offers three thoughtfully designed accessible guest rooms. Guests requiring accessible accommodations are encouraged to contact our team in advance so we can ensure the most comfortable and suitable arrangements for their stay.
Guest Services
How often are guest rooms serviced?
Guest rooms receive a daily refresh service, which includes bed making, towel replacement, and light tidying to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout your stay.
Guests who would prefer a full housekeeping service may request this in advance. Full cleaning services are available upon request with at least 24 hours’ notice and are typically scheduled between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. A housekeeping service fee may apply.

- For stays of 7 nights or more, one mid-stay full clean is included.
For guests staying seven nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay full cleaning of the room may be arranged with the hotel team.
Housekeeping services are always provided with respect for guest privacy, and guests may indicate their preferences using the in-room privacy signage or by contacting the front desk.

An outdoor rooftop pool is anticipated to open in Summer 2027, offering an additional space for relaxation and recreation.

Kosher TWO13 is located within the building and is accessible to both hotel guests and the surrounding community.
At this time, offerings are primarily available through catering, supporting events, private gatherings, and select requests. Guests and visitors are encouraged to contact the hotel in advance to arrange services based on their preferences.

The Glenhill Hotel welcomes guests with a variety of preferences and traditions and offers several accommodations to support those observing Shabbat.
Guests may request traditional metal room keys, and our team will provide information regarding elevator settings and stairwell access available during Shabbat. Additional in-room accessories will be available to help guests observe Shabbat comfortably during their stay.
